These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the BMB Rhinetrade Membership Program.

By accessing or using this website or enrolling in a BMB Rhinetrade membership plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the BMB German Auto Care Club (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BMB Rhinetrade Inc. (“BMB,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Subscription & Service Plans

The Program offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscribers must select the appropriate plan based on their vehicle’s eligibility, as outlined here: Monthly Plan: $29.95/month Annual Plan: $329.45/year (includes one free month, regular price $359.40)

Excluded Models: Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar, Lamborghini.

Other Exclusions: Diesel vehicles, electric vehicles, and any vehicles manufactured before 1990. Subscription benefits are non-transferable, limited to one vehicle per subscription, and valid only for services outlined in Section 3.

Service & Maintenance Benefits

Each annual subscription entitles you to the following services per vehicle, per year: 3 oil changes (up to 5 quarts of full synthetic oil) Replacement of oil filter, inspection, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and tire inflations BMB Vehicle Inspection, including checks of: Fluid leaks, air filters, fluid levels, battery, hoses, belts, lights, tires, wipers, suspension, and brakes Additional oil above 5 quarts is charged at $11.99/quart

Other included services: (1) engine air filter and (1) cabin air filter 10% discount on all other repair and maintenance services, with a maximum discount of $200 per invoice No additional shop fees or disposal fees

Note: BMB reserves the right to modify the services provided at any time.

Payment & Billing

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize BMB to charge the payment method on file for the subscription fee. For monthly subscribers, payments will be processed every 30 days. For annual subscribers, payments will be processed in full at the time of enrollment.

Subscribers must ensure that their payment method remains valid and up-to-date. BMB reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription due to non-payment or declined transactions.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your BMB account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for previously billed amounts.

BMB does not offer refunds on subscriptions or unused services.

Program Changes & Termination

BMB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and any unused benefits at the time of termination will not be refunded or compensated. In the event of Program termination, existing subscriptions will remain active until the last day of the paid billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BMB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BMB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and subscribers waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits against BMB.

Changes to Terms & Contact

BMB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
